In order to access Pantone, Inc.'s Digital Asset Management System (the “DAM System”), you must click "I AGREE" below. By clicking "I AGREE", you expressly and unconditionally agree that you have reviewed the terms below and agree to be bound by such terms of use.

The contents of the DAM System are proprietary to Pantone and certain third parties and may not be used, reproduced, repurposed or distributed, in whole or in part, other than with the prior written authorization of Pantone.

THE INFORMATION ON THE DAM SYSTEM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE TRADE OR PRACTICE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.

In using the DAM System, you agree: (1) not to use or attempt to use another’s account or password without authorization from Pantone; (2) not to access or attempt to access any information on the DAM System which you are not authorized to access; and (3) not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the DAM System, or any accounts or passwords connected to the DAM System.

Pantone makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the DAM System content. Information on the DAM System may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Pantone may also make improvements and/or changes to the products and/or the programs described in the information at any time without notice.

NEITHER PANTONE NOR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE DAM SYSTEM OR ANY CONTENT ON THE DAM SYSTEM, REGARDLESS OF THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY SUCH CONTENT. Pantone assumes no liability for the use or interpretation of information contained herein. Decisions based on data or information are the responsibility of the individual.
